Advanced Health & Wellness Membership & Pricing Guide
Welcome to Advanced Health & Wellness, a boutique telehealth women’s health and menopause practice. Our care model is designed for personalized, evidence-based, high-touch support for perimenopause, menopause, and healthy aging. To get your wellness journey off to a strong start, we require all clients to first complete an Initial In-Depth Comprehensive Evaluation. Please see this service below:
Your care begins with a comprehensive, unrushed evaluation focused on the foundations of healthy aging in midlife. This Package Includes:
60 - 90 -minute confidential telehealth visit
Extensive pre-visit history and intake review
Comprehensive assessment of:
Hormonal health across the menopause transition
Metabolic and cardiometabolic risk
Weight and body composition changes
Bone, muscle, and functional health
Sleep, stress, and lifestyle factors
Personalized lab strategy and interpretation
Medication evaluation when appropriate (e.g., hormone therapy, GLP-1/GIP)
A written, individualized longevity-focused care plan
Curated educational resources
✅ Includes your first 2 months of membership (tier of your choice) while labs are reviewed and your plan is implemented.
Monthly membership billing begins in Month 3.

After your initial evaluation, we encourage you to join one of the membership tiers below to stay on top of your wellness goals. Our memberships reflect different levels of support and access—but all are grounded in hormonally informed, metabolically focused care, with expertise in perimenopause and menopause and healthy aging.

What Is Not Covered:
Labs and medications are paid separately through your lab or pharmacy (often using insurance). This is standard in concierge care and allows transparency and flexibility. We help guide cost-effective options whenever possible. Itemized receipts are available upon request for HSA/FSA or out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.
